Leading and Learning Moments
Since 2005, I have taught a Master's class in Executive Leadership at Kansas State University. It was built from Peter M. Senge’s “The Fifth Discipline,” and other sources as well as lessons from decades of experience. In the fall of 2013, we started recording key lessons and examples. Whether for use in the classroom or for individual learning on leadership, it is those taped moments I share here.
